With over two decades of construction experience in the Tri-Cities area Yury Kapitula established Kapitula Homes. We opened our doors in 2007 with the intent to be the best. The project development service we provide will assist you with things like plans, specifications, job costing, engineering, and submittals to lenders and permitting departments. We will help you get your project started and then you can choose to manage it yourself or hire one of our experts. This is a service we provide separate from our full-service custom homes.
