our process
1. MEET THE BUILDER
You will meet with the builder himself and the team to discuss things like, floorplans, home site, budget range, and loan pre-approval. We will layout the steps moving forward and answer any questions you may have. The initial consultation and estimate are always free.
2. DESIGN & JOB DEVELOPMENT
Weather you use one of our pre-engineered floorplans or have us design your plan to fit your needs, we will provide detailed construction specifications, pricing, and design. We will sign the agreement paperwork, collect the builder deposit and commence with obtaining financing. Furthermore, we will fully assist in the permitting process to ensure a smooth start.
3. START BUILDING
The fun stuff begins! With the approval of the building permits and the loan closed we will break ground. At this point we will schedule several home/site walkthrough meetings. You will also meet with our designer to finalize the selections and design. As the homeowner you will have a personalized login to our construction software where you will be able to see the job schedule and progress photos.
4. ORIENTATION AND MOVE-IN
With the completion of the house we will tour the home with you and give you an explanation of the homes features and systems. Any punch-list items needing attention will be addressed. We will discuss proper maintenance and initiate the warranties. You will close the loan with the lender, and we hand over the keys to your perfect home.
